For clients who would like their experience documented, I will use opportunities to take photos with your device at your request.
Customized Birth Plan
A collaborative plan to communicate with your Birth Team your needs, desires and goals for birth and postpartum.
Partner Support
Support beginning in pregnancy to prepare and equip your partner to support you physically and emotionally.
Immediate Postpartum Care
Remain for one to two hours after your birth to support you as your transition to your new parenting role.
Unlimited Virtual Support
Call, text, video chat, or email your doula at any time throughout your pregnancy and postpartum time.
TENS Unit for Labour
Free use of a TENS unit to increase overall labor comfort and postpone the need for pain medicines.
In-Home Postpartum Follow-Up
Scheduled within the first week of being home and covers topics such as processing your birth, breastfeeding support, newborn comfort care, and maternal support.
